Free UK delivery on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden costs.

UK Delivery

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the United Kingdom. Once your order is placed, your rug will be dispatched within 1 working day. You can expect delivery within 14 days of placing your order.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, at no extra cost. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us at info@prestigerughouse.co.uk before placing your order.

How We Deliver

Your rug will be delivered by FedEx. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection from your local depot.

Large Items

Our rugs are large, heavy items and are delivered by specialist courier. Please ensure there is sufficient access to your property and that someone is available to receive the delivery. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us in advance.

Damaged on Arrival

In the unlikely event that your rug arrives damaged, please do not sign for the delivery as undamaged. Take photographs of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately at info@prestigerughouse.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

International Delivery

At this time, we deliver to UK addresses only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to enquire about delivery options, please contact us at info@prestigerughouse.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.
